On August 9, 2025, Thelma Lee Bullock officially launched her campaign for Rocky Mount City Council, Ward 7, with a Flowing Kickoff at Northgreen Country Club. The event was a resounding success, bringing together community members, family, and friends in support of her vision for a stronger, more connected Rocky Mount.
As Thelma said in her remarks:
“Seeking the City Council seat is about building a stronger and more connected community for everyone who calls Rocky Mount home.”
